3.25.26: Literary Consultant / Lead Producer for The Pilot Who Crashed the Party

At the beginning of 2024 I was visiting my publisher in Los Angeles when I was introduced to the actor and director Paul Sand, who had just had his play The Pilot Who Crashed the Party produced in a workshop version. Paul asked me to read the script because he wasn't entirely happy with it. I did, sent him some notes and told him I wanted to be his editor. We spent the next six months rewriting it together. I was very enthusiastic about the new version and said I wanted to help make the play happen. We succeeded in interesting two producers, one in New York and one in London, and decided to go with the London one, Glass Half Full Productions. The play will open August 30, 2027 at the Greenwich Theater in Greenwich, London.
